A place where Emil Calistru, the manager, brings his 23 years of experience in the craft of meat. Since our beginnings in August 2020, we have emphasized quality and ethics in our approach. Our butcher shop in Montreal is located at 2871 Bd Saint-Charles, Kirkland.
