It was in 2020<\/span> that the story of Boucherie Comtoise continued, with Emil Calistru<\/span> taking over the business. That year marked the moment when the shop took root once again in the heart of Montreal<\/span>, forging a special connection between the city and its local farmers<\/span>.<\/p>

Since then, our commitment to conscious, healthy eating has quality<\/span> has grown steadily, in parallel with our family of loyal artisans and gourmets<\/span>. Together, we support a vision of agriculture that is also durable as it is delicious<\/span>.<\/p>

In 2025<\/span>, the butcher shop moved to Kirkland<\/span>, where a new space is now open to continue offering quality products while staying true to its local roots.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
