Excellent products from local producers at very reasonable prices. Émile offers excellent service and sound advice on preserving, preparing and cooking his products. We highly recommend this butcher shop.
Super butchery. My favorite in the neighborhood. They know their trade inside out, and their products are of excellent quality at very reasonable prices. They also have raw products on request (tartare, carpaccios...).

Excellent butcher's shop which offers products from the franche compté region as well as many other quality products. I've never been disappointed, everything is much better than in other butcher's shops, and the owner is very friendly and available.
